Qualifications: A Boston Neighborhood Crime Watch Group that has in the past year deterred or impacted the outcome of a crime incident, worked to reduce fear, demonstrated initiative and perseverance, or in some related way improved life in their own neighborhood and further the goals of our mission statement. Deadline: June 22, 2007: Award will be presented by by Mayor Thomas M. Menino and the Police Commissioner at one of the National Night Out at Franklin Park Zoo on Tuesday August 7, 2007.
